Who cares if he creates new things? It means nothing if we can't get it when we expect to get it. I know so many people that refuse to buy from Ash either directly or through a distributor.They refuse directly because if they buy it, they don't know if they'll be getting it for months. They refuse indirectly because they don't know when/if it breaks that they can even get the support they need to fix it. Now he's laughing about it? Giving excuses about his horrible presence. And now giving excuses about his excuses?? "It's a reason, not an answer"
It's the same thing! Both a reason AND an answer to his inadequacies. He would rather play around with his new ideas than deliver on his paid promises. I feel just as badly about Ash as I do about AMS and Coz. It's just that Ash doesn't copy, he just takes your money like a villain and doesn't offer anything but a long painful wait. By that point, people are so fed up that his competitors copy the product to deliver it to the community. Everyone says he has a good character. So you're saying blatantly stealing someones money until online pressures force him to deliver is "Good Character"? He doesn't need a sales team or customer service. He just needs to license his ideas to another company that can deliver and stop selling anything to the community. Design it himself, let someone else make and sell it, then collect a royalty.
